We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

 

Full Refund — Within 24 Hours of Booking

If you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, you’ll receive a 100% refund, including all nightly rates and fees.

Partial Refund — Before 14:00, 15 Days after booking

If you cancel before 14:00, 15 Days after booking you’ll receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate.

• The service fee is non-refundable.

• Applies only if more than 24 hours have passed since booking.
   

No Refund — After 14:00, 15 Days after booking

Cancellations made after 14:00 on 15 days after booking are non-refundable.

• No refund will be issued for any nights or service fees.

• The reservation becomes fully non-refundable at this time.
