Welcome to Caipirinha Villa. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website, Caipirinhavilla.com , and govern all villa bookings made through our platform in Boracay, Malay, Aklan, Philippines.

By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a villa with us. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Booking Policy​

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with booking details once the reservation is finalized.

3. Payment Policy​

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, or Bank transfer

  • Full or partial payment (as applicable) is required to confirm your reservation.

4. Refund Policy

Refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.
Key points:

  • Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.

  • Before 14:00, 15 Days after booking: 50% refund on nightly rates. Service fee is non-refundable.

  • After 14:00, 15 Days after booking: No refund. The reservation becomes fully non-refundable.

5. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: By 12:00PM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect the property, neighbors, and local community.

  • Comply with the villa’s maximum occupancy limit.

  • Avoid loud noise and disruptive behavior, especially during quiet hours 

  • Pay for any damages caused during their stay.

Violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

  • Guests use all amenities (e.g., swimming pool, kitchen, balconies) at their own risk.

  • We are not liable for disruptions due to natural events, brownouts, typhoons, or other force majeure events.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, travel restrictions, or pandemics.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, branding, and layout on this site, is owned by Caipirinhavilla.com and protected under Philippine copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Malay, Aklan.
