Refund policy

We understand that plans change. Please read the cancellation terms below.

Full refund — within 24 hours of booking

If you cancel within 24 hours of making the reservation, you receive a 100% refund, including nightly rates and fees.

Partial refund — before 14:00, 15 days after booking

If you cancel before 14:00, 15 days after booking, you receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate. The service fee is non-refundable. This applies only if more than 24 hours have passed since booking.

No refund — after 14:00, 15 days after booking

Cancellations made after 14:00 on the day that is 15 days after booking are non-refundable. No refund is issued for nights or service fees. The reservation is fully non-refundable at that time.
