Welcome to Caipirinha Villa. These terms apply to your use of caipirinhavilla.com and to villa bookings in Boracay, Malay, Aklan, Philippines. By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book. By booking you confirm that you meet this requirement and can enter this agreement.

2. Booking policy

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation with the booking details once the reservation is finalized.

3. Payment policy

Payments can be made by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. Full or partial payment, as agreed, is required to confirm the reservation.

4. Refund policy

See the refund policy page. Within 24 hours of booking: full refund. Before 14:00, 15 days after booking: 50% refund on nightly rates; a service fee is non-refundable. After 14:00, 15 days after booking: no refund.

5. Check-in / check-out

Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may cost extra.

6. Guest conduct

Respect the property, neighbours and the local community. Stay within the occupancy you booked. Avoid loud noise, especially in quiet hours. Pay for damage caused during the stay. Breaking house rules can mean leaving without a refund.

8. Disclaimer of liability

The live terms skip a section 7, and this page keeps that numbering. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft or loss of belongings. Guests use the pool, kitchen and balconies at their own risk. We are not liable for disruptions from natural events, brownouts, typhoons or other force majeure.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay, cancellation or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government action, travel restrictions or pandemics.

10. Intellectual property

Text, photographs and the name Caipirinha Villa on this site belong to the villa and are protected under Philippine copyright law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version stays on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are handled in the courts of Malay, Aklan.
