Boracay Private Villa for Rent: the Whole Villa for Your Group
Caipirinha Villa is a private villa for rent in Diniwid, Boracay, let as a whole to one group at a time. You get 11 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms for 20 guests as standard, with room for extra guests on request, plus a 20-metre infinity pool and a 6-person heated jacuzzi that no one else uses.
It suits family reunions, birthdays, wedding groups and company retreats, and it is booked direct from the owner.

Bedrooms for a group of 20+
There are 7 king rooms, 3 rooms with 2 double beds and 1 room with a double bed. Room 7 is the Master, on the top floor, with a walk-in closet. Rooms 1 to 8 have a balcony and view; Room 8 is on the lower level. Every room has aircon and a 40-inch TV, and we have 4 extra single mattresses and 2 baby cribs.
A staff of 7 and a staff cook
The villa comes with a team of 7: four in-house housekeepers who handle daily cleaning, shopping, cooking and BBQ, a van and driver, a maintenance man and our office manager. The staff cook shared home-style meals for the whole group; they shop for the groceries and you pay the receipts. See group meals at the villa.
The staff live in a separate staff house, so your group has the villa to itself.
Location in Diniwid, Boracay
The villa is in Diniwid Hills, near West Cove, in Diniwid, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan. Diniwid Beach is about a 10-minute walk, and White Beach and Station 1 are a 10-minute drive.
Events up to 100 guests
With approval in advance, we have hosted birthdays and wedding cocktail parties for up to 100 guests. An event fee applies depending on group size.
Rates and booking
The direct rate is ₱60,000 per night for the whole villa, for 20 guests as standard, with room for extra guests on request at ₱500 per person per night. Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. See rates and availability or read why book direct.
